Available to Warrnambool and surrounds. Travel costs may apply outside a 15km radius. 

Our add-on home consultations are exclusively available to families who have already purchased an email or phone consultation and feel you would benefit from the additional 1:1 support, in the comfort and privacy of your own home to help you confidently implement your personalised sleep plan (within 14 days of receiving your sleep plan).

After booking, you’ll receive a scheduling link to book your 2-hour in-home consultation. During your consultation, we will walk through your personalised sleep plan together and provide real-time guidance and hands-on support as you begin implementing it. If needed, we will also support you with settling and resettling your baby, while carefully considering their sleep environment, nutrition, overall health, and individual temperament ♡

Your home consultation can be paired with either 1–2 weeks of unlimited* text support or our monthly messaging support, so you continue to feel supported as you move forward ♡

Unlimited text support:

• Unlimited support, guidance, and priority responses throughout the day for 1 or 2 weeks.
• Ongoing back-and-forth support as you implement your sleep plan ♡

Monthly messaging support:

• Limited to one response per question, per day (including weekends and public holidays)
• Any follow-up questions will be answered the following day
• Responses provided within 24 hours
• No priority over families receiving unlimited* text support
• No queues or waitlists - support begins the same day
• Support starts from the date of purchase and continues for one calendar month ♡
